Eligibility Criteria:
Keep reading if you want to know more about the NMDCAT Syllabus, and whether Sindh and NUMS Entry Test will be held or not.
Which books to study from?
A lot of students are confused about the syllabus. Note that the MDCAT exam will come from the common topics of FSc books according to the already provided syllabus by each provincial board, therefore, stick to the FSc books only. In addition to that, examiner will not ask any question outside of the common topics of the syllabus and to ensure this, PMC will be appointing special committee.
Will the syllabus be updated?
PMC will issue no new syllabus. Therefore, sit back and only study according to the syllabus that you were using before. For example, Punjab students will follow the syllabus provided by UHS, Sindh students will follow the syllabus that was issued by Sindh board and same criteria for other boards.
Yes, NUMS will take their own NUMS Entry Test, and it will be conducted on 11th Oct 2020. Point here to note is that if you want to apply in all NUMS affiliated public and private sector medical/dental colleges, then you need to give NUMS Entry Test (11th Oct 2020) along with National MDCAT.
Note: For NUMS Entry Test (11th oct 2020), follow the complete NUMS syllabus, including additional topics.
Admissions of medical/dental colleges in all the provinces will be held on merit basis in between November and December.
