PMC has announced that for the year 2021, for admission in public sector colleges, MDCAT will be given 50% weightage while the rest of the weightage will be decided by the provinces themselves.

The announcement of those regulations will be made in the future.

Apart from that, the most important change that is made to date is that MDCAT will be valid for 2 years. So, if you have given MDCAT in 2021 you can apply again on the same MDCAT marks in the year 2022 and 2023.
