NUMS has started accepting applications for the MBBS and BDS. The following are complete details regarding the admission application process of NUMS-affiliated colleges.

Eligibility Criteria Open Merit Seats in NUMS:

1. Pakistani Citizens (including AJK and Gilgit) can apply for admission to Amy Medical College Rawalpindi.
2. Passing MDCAT (NUMS)-2023 (Held on Sunday, 03 September 2023) is mandatory
3. Passing Percentage for MBBS: 55%
4. Passing Percentage for BDS: 50%
5. Minimum 60% aggregate marks in FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent having a minimum of 12 years of education in at least three subjects Biology, Chemistry, and other Physics or Mathematics.

Foreign Seats:

Foreign Student:

A foreign student is a student who holds foreign nationality or is an overseas Pakistani and who has stated and passed the HSSC 12th grade examination or equivalent from outside Pakistan and possesses a certificate from the institution attended to the effect.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for Admission to Army Medical College for Foreign Candidates against foreign seats is the same as mentioned above in para.

Note: Provided that the mandatory requirement of MDCAT shall not apply to students seeking admission on a special program seat predefined exclusively for foreign students and reserved for overseas Pakistans Such students shall quality foreign MCAT examination or UCAT examination with 50% marks in each subject.

HSSC/FSc (pre-medical)/Equivalent: 40%

SSC/Matric/Equivalent: 10%

Important Notes:

1. Possession of CNIC is mandatory for students aged 10 and above at the time of admission.
2. Candidates having foreign qualifications such as CIALevel etc. shall have to upload the equivalence certificate issued by IBCC at the time of submission of online application, otherwise, their application shall be rejected.
3. It shall be the sole responsibility of the candidate to submit a complete application along with the required documents Application once submitted, cannot be changed try the applicant Candidates are advised to be careful while filing the Online Application Form In case of any deficiency, the University may reject the application without intimation to the candidate
4. The university shall cancel any provisional admission where the credentials of a student are not verified.
5. Applications shall be submitted through the online portal only Hand copies are not acceptable.
6. Applicants will be required to visit the nearest branch of Habib Bank Ltd (countrywide) to deposit the Application Processing Fee @ Rs 5.000 (For Open Merit Seats/Rs. 30,000 (For Foreign Seat) Non-refundable/Non-transferable latest by Friday, 20 October 2023 by 1600 hours.
7. Those candidates applying as Paying Cadets to W& R Dte, GHQ, must apply online for NUMS Public Sector (Army Medical College) on Open Marit Seat.
8. Matric SSCO-Level/10th Grade and FSCHSSC/A-Level12m Grade Certificate must be IBCC-issued attested.
9. Applications for improved results of FSc/HSSC/A-Level/12th Grade will the entertained till 10 November 2023 only.
