Feel free to adjust the timing based on your preferences, but aim to strike a balance between focused study, relaxation, and preparation for the exam day.

  1. Start your day with a nutritious breakfast.
  2. Engage in a quick morning routine to wake up your body and mind.
  3. Go through summary notes or flashcards for each subject from your shortlisted notes.
  4. Use summary notes or flashcards to reinforce your understanding.
  5. Concentrate on the subjects or topics that you find challenging.
  6. Try to revise the material. Don't learn new things.
  7. Have a balanced lunch to fuel your body and brain.
  8. Take a short break to relax and recharge.
  9. Take a longer break to relax and unwind.
  10. Avoid studying intensely during this time to allow your mind to rest.
  11. Have a light, balanced dinner to support good digestion.
  12. Avoid heavy or overly spicy foods that might disrupt your sleep.
  13. Aim to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep for optimal cognitive function on exam day.

Important Tips to Solve MCQS

1. Read Carefully: Take your time to read each question carefully. Understand the question before attempting to answer.

2. Elimination Method: If you’re unsure about an answer, try to eliminate the incorrect options. This increases your chances of choosing the right one.

3. Manage Your Time: Allocate a specific amount of time per question. Don’t spend too much time on a single question; move on and come back if needed.

4. Underline Keywords: Underline or highlight key terms in the question. This can help you focus on what the question is asking.

5. Positive and Negative Wording: Pay attention to words like “not” or “except” in the question. They can change the meaning, and missing them might lead to a wrong answer.

6. Answer the Easy Ones First: Start with the questions you find easiest. This boosts your confidence and leaves more time for challenging ones later.

7. Review Your Answers: If time permits, review your answers. Check for any errors or misinterpretations.

8. Stick to Your First Choice: Research suggests that your initial answer is often correct. Avoid overthinking and changing answers unless you have a good reason to do so.

9. Budget Your Time: If the exam has a time limit, make sure to allocate your time wisely. Don’t get stuck on one question at the expense of others.

10. Practice Past Papers: Familiarize yourself with the format and types of questions by practicing with previous exam papers. This helps you understand the pattern and improves your efficiency.

11. Stay Calm: If you encounter a challenging question, take a deep breath and stay calm. Panicking can hinder your ability to think clearly.

12. Flag Questions: If allowed, flag questions you find difficult and return to them later. This ensures you’re not stuck on a single challenging question for too long.
